| Lately I've been playing Mega Man 2. It's the only one I've played, and it's really difficult in my opinion. I don't know if I'm just bad or something. But after I got through the game once, it seemed a little easier the second time, not getting any game overs when I got several upon several the first time.
I've also gotten really into Mega Man music, even some bands that base their music off of Mega Man, like The Megas, and The Protomen. I also love Duane and BrandO's Mega Man 2 song (I always fight the 8 robots in the same order as that song) and the 'with lyrics' songs that Brentalfloss makes.
I was just wondering about anyone else's opinions on Mega Man 2, or any Mega Man games for that matter? Are they all this hard? Are the rest of them any good? I love MM2, so I'd hope so.

| I can't speak for the newer Meg Man games, but hhhhhhhhholllllllyyyyyyyyyy ffffffffffffff-- Mega Man 2 is hard. "Airman Ga Tenaosai" indeed.
(In all reality, Airman is relatively easy to beat, and Woodman's even easier.)
I got it on an emulator, which is kinda awkward to use, but I was able to eventually get the hang of it. Never did get past Quickman's stage, though, the freakin laser-line thingys always got me.
I had another version of it on the game boy, and ffs that game is ridiculously hard even WITH the Game Genie.
So basically, you gotta be pro to beat the oldschool Mega Man games.

So basically, you gotta be pro to beat the oldschool Mega Man games. I play it on an emulator too, only really option I have, and just I've gotten really frustrated with it. I was stuck on Heatman's stage for the LONGEST time, and now I'm stuck on part of Wily's stage in my current save state, one I should probably get back to and beat it. None of the bosses were really that hard honestly, unless I got there while low on health. I had more trouble with the platforming. Maybe its because of the emulator's controls though. I did have a lot of trouble beating Quickman though, for some reason. He's weakest against the crash bombs but they're not very efficient weapons in my opinion.
