| Anyone likes this game too, whose series is likely to be discontinued forever, like what happened to SoA? | |

| I have F-Zero: Maximum Velocity for GBA. It can be frustrating at times, but I think it's a great underrated racing game.
Oh, and I do also have GX, that one has a new layer of fun since you can destroy other cars. One of the Lightning tracks is sweet for destroying cars. I played through that story mode BS and unlocked Deathborn's Death Schnieder, which I think is the best car in the game.
Actually, the series goes through these cycles where they release a few games at a time then not release any more until years later. There was a six year gap between the first two in the series.

Glad you like F-Zero as well. I have only GX. My favourite racer is Princia. About frustration, it requires indeed a lot of persistence. My favourite tracks are probably AX Cup Green Plant, AX Port Town and Sapphire Big Blue. Mute City is aesthetically cool but it deserved harder tracks. Thanks for letting me know about that gap. However, it has been already eight years since F-Zero GX, and I heard the game director said actually in a conference he wouldn't produce anymore F-Zero.

| You never know, some other studio or producer might pick it up. But I wouldn't be too hopeful on that one. | |
